Who we are

Pedaço de Minas is a brand of premium frozen pão de queijo and cheese biscuits, active since 2017 in Portugal and Europe. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at geral@pedacodeminas.pt.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide directly through the B2B contact form on our site: name, company, email, country and the message you write. Country and message are optional fields.

We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools on the site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical access data — such as IP address and browser type — for security and site operation purposes, as any web hosting service does; this is not used to identify individual visitors.

The site stores a single preference in your browser (light/dark mode) via localStorage — it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use your data

We use the contact form data exclusively to respond to your business or information request. We never use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Who we share it with

For the contact form to work, the data you submit passes through two technical services we use solely to process your request:

• Netlify — site hosting and form storage
• Formspree — sending the email notification to our team

Clicking "Send via WhatsApp" or the direct WhatsApp link opens a conversation in the WhatsApp app (Meta Platforms, Inc.), subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

None of these services is authorized to use your data for their own purposes — they exist solely to make the form work.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain the history of the business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see the next section.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or request portability of your data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at geral@pedacodeminas.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with CNPD — Portugal's data protection authority.

We may update this page as the site evolves — for example, if we add analytics or other tools in the future. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
